The Ongoing Projects
The masterplan envisages the creation of an integrated tourist village that combines hospitality, water sports and wellbeing. The main projects include the redevelopment of the historic buildings of the cotton mill, the creation of new hotels and residences, and wellness centres and spas with lake views.
The marina is set to be enhanced with new docks and services for boats. New water sports centres will be built, with facilities dedicated to kitesurfing, windsurfing, wingfoil and sailing, positioning Campione as the European capital of wind.
